Early Childhood Education Leader
">We are seeking a skilled and experienced Early Childhood Education professional to join our team as a Centre Manager at one of our licensed childcare centres. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and develop a team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to children ages 6 months to 5 years old.
">As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the centre, including staffing, budget management, and communication with parents and stakeholders. You will also lead and support the professional development of Childcare Educators and Teachers, plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans, and ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
">This role requires a strong educational background in Early Childhood Education, with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role. You must also have a current Working with Children Check and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
">As a Centre Manager, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that prioritises child protection, safety, and wellbeing.
