Talent Advisor Role
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Talent Advisor to partner with venue leaders, source exceptional talent, build strong relationships, and represent the brand with confidence and care.
Overview of the Opportunity
We are expanding our Talent team and looking for a Talent Advisor who can deliver exceptional recruitment results, manage complex calendars, and build rapport with hiring managers and candidates.
About the Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of 1-2 years recruitment experience, either in-house or agency-based
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and talent leaders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with experience managing calendars and booking interviews
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Clear communicator with great presentation skills
