Project Grants Manager Role

The Programs Department plays a pivotal role in advancing our mission by supporting country programs to expand access to reproductive healthcare services.

We are committed to delivering high-quality projects that meet organizational requirements and contribute to the achievement of donor deliverables.

  • Effective project management: Ensure seamless coordination, grant administration, and compliance across project portfolios.
  • Grant strategy development: Contribute to the creation of effective grants management strategies that drive project success.

This role works closely with county programs to understand donor requirements, monitor project deliverables, and enhance the capacity of country programs to meet donor commitments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, including project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
  • Manage grant relationships with donors, ensuring timely delivery of project outputs and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective project strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
