This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to make a positive impact in the field of mental health.

A key part of this role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive grants program, working closely with stakeholders to cultivate and steward trusts, foundations, and government relationships.

The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage complex detail and multiple projects, priorities, and relationships. They will also have strong networking and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of building relationships and multi-tiered connections.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Taking the lead in developing a comprehensive and continuous grants program
  • Building a strong annual grants calendar optimising all levels of grants available
  • Working to ensure successful cultivation and stewardship of trusts, foundations & govts across the country
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date stewardship plans and history on the CRM
  • Achieving personal annual relationship touchpoint and income targets

Please note this is a part-time (0.4) 2-year contract (with potential for extension).

Qualifications Required:

  • Experience in a similar role with a passion for grants and fundraising and the ability to deliver an exciting grants program
  • An inquisitive nature, with a high degree of curiosity. You love to collaborate and share your knowledge with the wider team
  • Strong project management & organisational skills, including the ability to manage complex detail and multiple projects, priorities, and relationships
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills and demonstrated success in building relationships and multi-tiered connections
