Grant Program Coordinator

A state government department seeks an experienced professional to coordinate the administration of various grant programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development, execution, and milestone management of grant agreements with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to progress grant processes using grant management systems to manage a high volume of opportunities.
  • Provide assistance in preparing reports, briefings, and correspondence for diverse stakeholders and senior decision makers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to provide relevant information and advice about issues, identified risks, and requirements.
  • Contribute to the analysis and review of grant administration processes to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in grant project administration is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with grant management systems or similar will also be favourably regarded.
  • Background in Administration - Claims or Processing Applications.
