Dispensary Technician

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispensary. This involves working closely with the pharmacist to guarantee seamless dispensary operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the pharmacist to maintain efficient dispensary processes
  • Oversee stock ordering, unpacking, and dispensary organization to optimize productivity
  • Provide expert advice on over-the-counter medicines and health needs to customers
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across the dispensary and front-of-shop areas
  • Support Webster packing and other dispensary tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in pharmacy settings and product knowledge (S2/S3 meds advantageous)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency with computer systems and attention to detail
  • Reliability, adaptability, and a positive team attitude
  • Effective communication and a caring demeanor
  • Certificate III in Community Pharmacy and/or Dispensary Technician qualifications (desirable)
