Dispensary Technician

The ideal candidate will work alongside the pharmacist to ensure smooth dispensary operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage stock ordering, unpacking and dispensary organization.
  • Provide trusted advice on OTC medicines and health needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across the dispensary and front of shop.
  • Support Webster packing and other dispensary tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous pharmacy experience and product knowledge (S2/S3 meds preferred).
  • Strong customer service skills and a people-first approach.
  • Confidence with computer systems and attention to detail.
  • Reliability, adaptability and a positive team spirit.
  • Warm and approachable communication and a caring nature.
