Experienced Dispensary Technician - Join Our Pharmacy Team

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Dispensary Technician** to join our team in Five Dock. You'll play a vital role in supporting our pharmacists and ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality supply of medications to our valued customers.

**About the Role**

As a Dispensary Technician, you will:

- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications
- Assist in maintaining dispensary stock levels and inventory control
- Support the pharmacist in providing patient counselling and medication information (under supervision)
- Maintain dispensary documentation and compliance with PBS and relevant legislation
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A solid understanding of **PBS**, **dispensary systems (e.g. LOTS, FRED, Minfos, Z Software)** and pharmacy operations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- A proactive, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
