Full-Time Dispensary Technician – House of Pharmacy Silverwater DC

Our Silverwater DC is more than a distribution centre — it's also home to a busy retail dispensary serving the local community with care and precision.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Dispensary Technician to join the team full-time, supporting retail dispensary operations at House of Pharmacy Silverwater DC.


About the Role

In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient running of the dispensary, supporting pharmacists to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispense prescriptions accurately under pharmacist supervision
  • Manage script processing and patient records
  • Coordinate Webster packing and ensure quality standards
  • Handle PBS claiming and pharmacy program submissions (including PPA)
  • Follow compliance standards for Schedule 8 and prescription handling
  • Maintain stock control and assist with ordering
  • Support dispensary workflow and ensure SOP adherence
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and retail staff to deliver high-quality patient care

About You
  • Proven experience as a Dispensary Technician in a busy community pharmacy
  • Strong knowledge of PBS and pharmacy program claiming
  • Familiarity with Webster packing and Schedule 8 handling
  • Z Dispense experience highly regarded
  • High attention to detail, organised and process-driven
  • Able to adapt to a dynamic dispensary and work under pressure
  • Strong communicator and proactive team player
