Folium Dispensary & Wellness Centre is seeking a one-of-a-kind Dispensary and Wellness Assistant to join our unique Hybrid and Holistic Dispensary & Wellness Centre in Rose Bay, NSW.

This is an opportunity to work in a trailblazing, integrative health space that combines traditional pharmacy dispensing with holistic spa & wellness solutions.

About the Role

As a Dispensary and Wellness Assistant, you will play a dual role, providing exceptional service and support to our diverse patient and client base to both the dispensary and the wellness sections. You will work closely with pharmacists and wellness practitioners, with responsibilities spanning across both our dispensary and wellness operations.

Dispensary Responsibilities

· Preparing and dispensing prescription medications, with a strong focus on holistic wellness alternative products.

· Assisting in patient consultations and providing accurate product information, whilst supporting the pharmacist.

· Managing stock levels, ordering, and handling specialised products.

· Supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations in a professional, compassionate, and compliant manner.

Wellness and Spa Responsibilities

· Greeting clients, preparing them for their treatment appointments, ensuring their comfort throughout their visit, and maintaining a high level of service and hygiene.

· Understanding the available spa treatments, and providing clients with information about the available services as required.

· Setting up and tidying treatment rooms, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and readily available, with a keen eye for clean & hygienic practices.

· Assisting with appointment bookings, managing client records, and handling inquiries about spa services.

· Monitoring and restocking spa products, linens, and amenities.

· Ensuring all spa areas are clean, hygienic, and well-organised.

What We're Looking For

· Previous experience in a pharmacy or dispensary setting is ideal, and would be factored in with high consideration.

· Any previous experience with Medicinal Cannabis dispensing is highly regarded.

· Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively, yet independently, in a progressive, patient-centered environment.

· A commitment to confidentiality, compliance, continuous learning and self-improvement.
