About the Role:This is an opportunity to lead health, safety and environment strategies across a business unit in complex construction projects. The role provides operational direction and support for health, wellbeing, safety, environment and sustainability.
- Lead the implementation of HSE strategies, systems and initiatives, reporting progress to senior leadership.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal, regulatory and company requirements associated with HSE.
- Operational management of health, wellbeing, safety, environment and sustainability across the business unit.
- Develop and implement HSE strategies, policies and procedures.
- Manage HSE budgets and resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Safety, Environment or related discipline.
- 10 years experience in HSE in construction, engineering or heavy industry fields.
- Several years experience managing and leading HSE functions in complex industries.
- Regulatory and audit knowledge.
