The ideal candidate possesses expertise in computer hardware, robotics, and electrical components, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

The Robotics Hardware Specialist will be part of our rapid-response field-operations team and will occasionally assist with field projects and new robot deployments. This role requires a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Learns and becomes proficient in our robot hardware and systems
  • Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical teammates
  • Ensures hardware failures are addressed and resolved promptly
  • Assists with field operation projects and new robot deployments as needed
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience with robotics, computer hardware, and electrical components
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
