About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Change Management Engineer, Integration Specialist to join our team at Amazon Support Services Pty Ltd - D05. In this role, you will work on system configurations, service integrations, and testing of software deployed at Amazon Installations around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple robotics implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects ensuring program goals are met.
  • Collect Voice of the Customer (VOC) data and share success stories during lessons learnt workshops and reviews with cross-functional partners in Engineering and Operations.
  • Create and maintain problem resolution procedures and identify needs for new tools to support existing solutions.
  • Leverage existing guides, task lists, and configuration processes, systems, and tools to deploy software at Amazon Robotics sites around the world.
  • Monitor queues and respond to issues within defined SLAs.
  • May become a subject matter expert in one or more areas of robotics engineering and/or program management, serving as a point of escalation on critical issues.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Process improvement methodology (Six Sigma, TQM, Kai-zen, and Lean manufacturing methodology).
  • Experience working with AWS services such as S3, EC2, SNS, SQS.
  • Knowledge and/or working experience with Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu).
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
  • Proven ability to root cause issues, drive improvements, and apply preventive measures.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to lead complex technical discussions with a variety of groups, including Software, Hardware, and Systems Engineering, Operations, and Senior Management.
  • Proven ability to project manage complex technical projects.
