Job Overview

We seek an experienced leader to oversee the management of construction projects and task orders at various government sites. This role involves managing a team of specialists, focusing on operational effectiveness, maintenance, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction and maintenance operations at each site.
  • Direct project planning, safety, cost control, and scheduling activities.
  • Interpret project plans and specifications for job site queries.
  • Resolve technical issues encountered during construction project execution.
Requirements:
  • Possess an active security clearance or equivalent.
  • Hold a degree in Project Management, Construction, or Architecture from an accredited university, or possess equivalent work experience.
  • Have a minimum of seven years of experience with construction/facility projects of similar scope, size, and complexity.
  • Have a minimum of five years of experience as a Senior/Chief Project Manager responsible for supervising project managers, engineers, and sub-contractors.
