Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide daily support for critical trading systems, maintain core trading infrastructure, and troubleshoot issues in a Windows and Linux environment.

This role involves coordinating system level changes, analyzing log files, and performing server-side application support. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless trading operations and resolving technical issues efficiently.

  • Provide day-to-day support for proprietary trading systems
  • Coordinate and implement daily system level updates
  • Troubleshoot trading related issues by investigating client/server logs
  • Perform server-side application support and job scheduling
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in application support or related fields
  • Ability to identify problems and develop solutions independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux)
  • Foundational knowledge of Powershell, Python, or Bash scripting
