About the Role

This is a pivotal position that requires individuals to support and deploy proprietary systems related to electronic trading in the Asia Pacific region.

As a Front Office Trade Support specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations and providing technical assistance to various stakeholders. Your role will involve performing daily system health checks, monitoring production systems, and maintaining technical/user documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular system health checks to identify potential issues before they escalate
  • Act as a liaison between developers, project managers, operations teams, traders, and external brokers/exchanges to facilitate effective communication and information flow
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical/user documentation for new and existing systems
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our company's trading systems, Order Management Systems (OMS), market data, and settlement/clearing systems
Requirements:
  • Preference for degree-qualified professionals with a major in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
  • Minimum two years' experience in the Financial Industry, particularly around trading, market data, OMS, FIX protocol, and other related systems
  • Experience supporting a trading room environment and working with traders, market data, Linux or Windows operating systems, SQL, bash, and python scripting
