Job Opportunity:

Susquehanna is seeking a skilled professional to join our Production Services team as an Application Support Analyst. This role involves daily support of proprietary trading systems, system level changes, and troubleshooting in a Windows and Linux environment.

  • Provide daily support for core trading systems
  • Coordinate, implement and support system level modifications
  • Troubleshoot trading related issues by examining log files

In this position, you will work closely with the developer and engineering teams to identify problems and develop solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Operating system knowledge (Windows and/or Linux) is necessary. Foundational knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash is also required.

A bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred. Previous experience within a financial services or trading environment is advantageous.

Technical Knowledge: Operating system expertise (Windows and/or Linux), foundational knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash

Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team
