Job Title: Advanced Trading Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Algorithmic Trader to join our organization and contribute to the development of sophisticated trading algorithms. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex trading algorithms using Java, C++, or C#.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize existing trading systems for operational robustness and profitability.
  • Analyze real-time issues and provide technical expertise to resolve them.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in software development, preferably in a trading-related field.
  • Strong understanding of prioritization and time management techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Linux environments and network protocols.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in financial markets and computer science.
