Job Description:

As a key member of the fundraising team, this exciting role offers an exceptional opportunity to develop and execute innovative donor retention strategies. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive long-term donor goals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and project management skills, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. With at least 2 years of experience in coordinating or managing regular giving programs, you will be able to make a meaningful impact on our organization's mission.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing donor retention strategies, analyzing donor behavior, and making recommendations for future successful approaches. You will also oversee telemarketing programs to upgrade, reactivate, and convert regular givers.
