Job Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated individuals to collaborate with NDIS participants, empowering them to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications in accordance with participants' care plans.
  • Support participants in developing essential living skills and abilities.
  • Implement personalized support plans for participants with complex needs.

Requirements:

  • Cert III, IV in Disability qualifications or currently undertaking studies.
  • Experience with mental health, challenging behaviors, and high physical support needs is highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English are essential.
