We are seeking a Daily Living Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live independently and pursue their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, general cleaning, cooking, and household maintenance.
  • Support with transportation, shopping, and social activities.
  • Encourage participation in community events and develop relationships with family and friends.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment, respecting individual needs and preferences.

Requirements:

  • Empathy and understanding towards people with disabilities.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including varied shifts and weekend availability.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
  • Driver's license (an advantage).

Salary:

$28.00 - $62.00 per hour.
