Identity Management Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Identity Management Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Identity, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and maintaining industry-leading IAM and PAM products.

Your key responsibilities will include providing expert guidance and support to staff on all aspects of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including access review and lifecycle management.

You will perform user security administration across core business systems, maintaining application-level security, scheduling reviews of user profiles, and coordinating the removal of accounts no longer required.

Additionally, you will support the review, analysis, and investigation of system security events related to IAM, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

You will also analyse and assess current IAM frameworks, processes, and develop IAM Reference Models for Low-Level and High-Level Design documents.

Furthermore, you will develop blueprints for Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), outlining the precise structure and guidelines for assigning access privileges based on roles and responsibilities within the organisation.


Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in an Identity & Access Management (IAM) role
  • Proven expertise in implementing and managing IAM systems and tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra
  • Strong understanding of identity management, access governance, and related security protocols
  • Accredited tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, IAM Governance, or a related discipline
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across business and technology staff
