Job Opportunity for Identity Security Expert

We are seeking a skilled Presales Architect to drive customer success and help organizations modernize their identity ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement & Solution Design: Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives, technical challenges, and security needs. Design and present tailored identity solutions using Okta's suite of products.
  • Technical Expertise & Enablement: Deliver live architecture workshops, drive proofs of concept (POCs) as part of a team, and pilot deployments to showcase Okta's capabilities. Stay up-to-date on emerging threats, compliance regulations, and industry trends.
  • Business Alignment & Thought Leadership: Align identity solutions with customers' business priorities, focusing on efficiency, security maturity, and return on investment. Address regional compliance requirements and navigate macro-economic factors affecting IT workforce needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 8+ years in presales, solution architecture, or a related field within the identity security space.
  • At least 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Solution Architect, designing and delivering complex identity solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, or similar solutions.
Preferred Experience:
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent.
  • Experience tailoring IAM strategies to specific industries or addressing international workforce challenges.
