About the RoleThe National Visual Merchandising Manager position offers a unique blend of creativity and leadership skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive visual merchandising strategies that align with our brand's vision and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, buying, and store operations, to create captivating displays that drive customer engagement and sales.
- Guiding and training regional visual merchandising teams to ensure consistent implementation of visual standards across all locations.
- Conducting regular store visits to assess visual merchandising execution and provide constructive feedback and support.
- Analyzing sales data and customer feedback to inform visual strategies and optimize product placement.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to maintain our visual merchandising edge.
- Leading special projects and seasonal rollouts, including new store openings and store refreshes.
You'll enjoy a competitive salary package of $110-120k + Super + Tools of Trade, a Monday-to-Friday roster, and a dynamic work environment. This is an exceptional opportunity for long-term growth and professional development within our growing business.
