About the Role

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking for a challenging role in disability care?

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Disability Care Specialists. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying levels of ability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to clients with physical disabilities, including transfers, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with domestic duties, such as meal preparation and household management
  • Support clients with complex needs, including those requiring 24/7 assistance
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement client-centered care plans
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:
