Job Title: Disability Care Specialist

Around the Clock Care and Support focuses on enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities, empowering them to live independently at home and maintain social connections as long as possible.

We are expanding our services and seeking dedicated professionals who want to work with a reputable organisation and are committed to delivering exceptional care in the community.

Our clients rely on our support workers to provide respectful and compassionate services in accordance with their care plans. We seek new team members who can structure their workdays and hours to deliver outstanding services to our clients:

  • Responsibilities and duties include providing personal and domestic care for high-need clients

This role requires experience working with clients who have complex behaviours and mental health issues, flexibility to work anytime during the day or night, and ability to handle challenging and difficult behaviours while remaining calm and professional under pressure.

Additional responsibilities include transportation, social support, meal preparation, and medication management.

  • Essential qualifications include

- Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability Support
- 1 year of experience (Ideal)
- Valid police check
- Current First aid + CPR certificate
- Driving license + Comprehensive car insurance + Reliable car
- Valid working with children check

This role offers competitive remuneration and various work arrangements, including full-time and part-time hours.
