**Disability Care Specialist Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disability Care Specialist. As a Disability Care Specialist, you will be working with individuals with disabilities, providing exceptional care and support in their homes and within the community.

About the Job:

  • Provide personalized care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, bowel care, and toileting.
  • Support clients with physical therapy and hydrotherapy needs.
  • Assist with daily living tasks and meal preparation.
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation as needed.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • A strong passion for providing high-quality care and supporting people with disabilities.
  • Reliability and flexibility, with the ability to work varied shifts and schedules.
  • An empathetic nature and a desire to engage with others.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Working with Children's Check.
  • Related qualifications, such as Certificate in Disability, Aged Care, or Home and Community Care.
  • Australian driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Evidence of eligibility to work in Australia.
