Paediatric Occupational Therapy Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to head our Paediatric Occupational Therapy team. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care to infants, children, and young people.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical assessment and intervention across inpatient and outpatient areas, working with patients with various needs and complexities.
- Collaborate with other leaders and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent direction and leadership for the team.
- Support and supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
- Advanced qualification or equivalent in Occupational Therapy and eligibility for membership of the relevant professional association.
- Significant clinical experience, with a proven ability to manage complex and challenging situations.
