Disability Employment Specialist

At Mylestones, we are dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to unlock their potential and find fulfilling employment. We are seeking a passionate Disability Employment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Rockhampton.
Position Purpose:This role involves overseeing a caseload of program participants and collaborating with a team of employment services staff to assist our clients' journey from intake to employment.
The Disability Employment Specialist will take ownership of the participants' journey to employment, working with colleagues to execute against tailored action plans.
You will work within a structured team, including marketers, support officers, and caseload contract officers, to deliver life-changing outcomes for participants.

- Support: Plan appropriate employment supports for participants and seek feedback to ensure supports align with individual needs.
- Document: Maintain up-to-date and accurate files and records, complete all relevant documentation, and ensure confidentiality of information.
- A competitive salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.
