Clinical Mental Health Specialist

Job OverviewWe are seeking Psychologists or Accredited Mental Health Social Workers who can provide authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support in various settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with mental health conditions and outcome goals;
- Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, case managers, and employers to assist individuals return to work and fully re-engage with their community;
- Complete assessments and interventions using clinical skills;
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational standards.
As a clinician working with us, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and other occupational issues. You will enjoy flexibility and autonomy while being part of a supportive team environment.
RequirementsTo join our team, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- General and Provisional Psychologist Registered with AHPRA;
- Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW;
- Willingness to obtain relevant accreditations;
- Permanent residency in Australia;
- Passion for improving lives through work and health;
- Desire to be part of a dynamic, social, and hard-working team.
