The Ideal Candidate

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Hospitality Professional to join our team at The Clifford Wallace Agency in Sydney. As a Corporate Pantry Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to high-volume coffee orders and provide food and beverage service for corporate client entertainment floors, including internal meeting rooms.
  • Work closely with our experienced team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of corporate confidentiality requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Work flexible hours, including morning and evening shifts, across a 5-day week.

Requirements:

  • Above-average customer service skills.
  • Full working rights in Australia and the ability to commit to the role for more than three months.
  • Previous experience as a Barista or Boardroom Waiter in Sydney, specifically in boardroom service and corporate waiter roles within a corporate pantry in Australia.
  • Experience in coffee machine maintenance and grind adjusting.
  • Ability to create latte art.
  • Great organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic and experienced team.
  • Impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A track record of being reliable, punctual, and dedicated.
  • A strong understanding of corporate confidentiality requirements.
  • An outgoing personality.
