The Firm:

This renowned national law firm is seeking a professional and friendly individual to join their Sydney team as a Corporate Boardroom Assistant. The firm is situated in the Sydney CBD and offers many perks and benefits to its employees. This leading law firm is known for its inclusive environment and prides itself on its positive culture.

The Role:

This is a full-time permanent role based in the firm's conveniently located Sydney CBD office. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing meeting rooms and tidying up post-meetings, preparing coffees and beverages for clients, assisting with the preparation of food and beverages for clients, dealing with postage deliveries, restocking stationery and fridges where needed, and performing kitchen hand duties as required.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have experience working in a waiting position, preferably in a corporate or professional setting. You will also have fantastic customer service capabilities, flexible working hours for ad hoc evening events, and the ability to work autonomously and in a team. Barista experience would be fantastic, but training is provided.
