Job Title: Youth Development Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate educator to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality education and care services for young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging middle childhood education programs that align with the Middle Year Learning Framework.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant education and care regulations, maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, colleagues, and community members, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Requirements:
  • Working with Children Check.
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
  • Experience in providing quality education and care services for young people.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate positively and build trusting relationships.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
