Job Description

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead a prominent regional portfolio, with significant scope to shape operations, guide people, and enhance market share.

  • Drive the delivery of critical services across VIC and TAS, ensuring all operational, financial, and compliance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Oversee a team of six to eight direct reports and a workforce of 200+ across multiple sites, fostering a strong culture of safety, performance, and accountability.
  • Manage full P&L ownership for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and meeting revenue and margin targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure service excellence, contract compliance, and quick resolution of any escalations.
