Regional Sales Director

Lead a sales team, drive product portfolio strategic sales plans. Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies.
  • Coach team members on effective sales techniques.
  • Recognize and reward outstanding performance based on agreed targets.
  • Recruit, train and develop sales personnel to achieve success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance business objectives.
  • Track, analyze and implement sales performance improvement plans.
  • Communicate targeted results to stakeholders through regular summaries.
  • Maintain financial acumen and report on monthly sales performance.

The Regional Sales Director will lead the key opinion leader engagement strategy for our Australian business, working closely with the local leadership team to set overall strategy for the affiliate.
