Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored support to meet diverse client needs

  • Advocate for client rights and maintain accurate documentation records
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies

Leadership and mentorship are key aspects of this role. You will work closely with clients and their networks to ensure safety, inclusion and positive outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in person-centred disability support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and model best practice principles
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent qualification)
  • Current NSW Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid and Driver's Licence

Familiarity with the relevant legislative requirements is desirable but not essential.
