Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone, via email, and other systems.
- Take ownership of customer enquiries and resolve them efficiently.
- Utilize customer history to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stay up-to-date with our products and processes.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume call centre environment is desirable but not essential.
- A customer-centric mindset and ability to solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Confidence working independently in a small team.
