Electrical Supervisor

Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is seeking an experienced Electrical Leading Hand to join their expanding team in the Southern Region of Sydney. As a key member of the Electrical Construction team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians and apprentices to deliver high-quality electrical services to Sydney Water's customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of electricians and apprentices to deliver electrical services to Sydney Water's customers
- Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner, complying with all relevant safety policies and procedures
- Perform tasks such as installation of cable support systems, installation of new cable runs, and installation of new and upgraded switchboards and starters
- Read and interpret site plans and drawings to ensure accurate installation of electrical equipment
- Maintain and adhere to site safety standards, and assist other work crews as required
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in Electrical Engineering
- NSW electrical licence or equivalent
- OHS induction card
- Previous electrical construction experience
- A safety-first mindset and experience in the safe isolation and re-energisation of equipment (Lock out/Tag out)
- Understanding and application of leading policies and procedures
- Drivers licence essential
- Current or willingness to obtain Working at heights, Confined space, LV Rescue, CPR and First aid certifications
- Favourable hourly rate, plus shift penalties, allowances and overtime
