Electrical Supervisor

Delivering 4 Customers (D4C) is seeking an experienced Electrical Leading Hand to join their expanding team in the Southern Region of Sydney. As a key member of the Electrical Construction team, you will be responsible for leading a team of electricians and apprentices to deliver high-quality electrical services to Sydney Water's customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of electricians and apprentices to deliver electrical services to Sydney Water's customers
- Ensure all electrical work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Coordinate and supervise electrical construction projects, including installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment
- Develop and implement electrical maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of electrical systems
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of electrical services
- Monitor and report on electrical system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in Electrical Engineering
- NSW electrical licence or equivalent
- OHS induction card
- Previous experience in electrical construction and maintenance
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including night shifts and weekends
- Favourable hourly rate, plus shift penalties, allowances, and overtime
