Job Title: Simulation Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled individual with experience in aircraft maintenance to join our team at the Seahawk Simulation and Warfare Centre.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on training devices to ensure maximum operational availability.

The role involves working on complex systems, including full flight simulators and ground-based trainers based on the MH-60R Romeo Helicopter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks on training devices
  • Carry out maintenance tasks as directed by senior technicians or supervisors
  • Meet compliance requirements and work within established quality management systems
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance maintenance processes
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discipline, and safety awareness in daily tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical maintenance experience with a focus on aviation
  • A willingness to learn and develop practical and professional skillsets
  • Eligibility for NV1 security clearance
