Airport Café Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our café team at Cairns Airport.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming approach
  • Take orders, prepare food & beverages, and maintain a high standard of service
  • Work collaboratively with a fun and hardworking team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Keep the café clean and well-presented, with a focus on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels, managing cash handling, and completing administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or café role (bonus if you've worked with food & coffee)
  • RSA preferred, but not essential
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Well-groomed & professionally presented
  • A positive, can-do attitude and love for customer interaction
  • Reliable transport to the airport
  • Availability to work a mixture of shifts, including weekends & holidays
  • Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
