Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our Cairns Airport team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice to client airlines on customer service, logistics, and customs information.
  • Proactively address performance issues, identifying areas of non-performance and root causes.
  • Contribute to operational cost management through education and training.
  • Implement strategies for planning and forecasting using business tools, systems, and resources.
  • Assist with forecasting manpower and accurately rostering for the Operations.
  • Build rapport and provide leadership and guidance to all staff while on shift.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to take charge of our Cairns Airport team and drive success.
