Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Cairns Airport. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, working in fast-paced environments, and striving to deliver exceptional service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing product advice, maintaining store displays, processing transactions efficiently, and addressing customer queries professionally and promptly.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service & product advice
  • Stay updated with trends through ongoing training
  • Maintain a vibrant, well-stocked store
  • Process transactions efficiently
  • Assist customers with queries professionally and friendly
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • A passion for customer service & sales
  • Bilingual in Mandarin/Japanese is a bonus
  • Confident communicator with a positive attitude
  • Well-groomed and professionally presented
  • Experience in liquor sales? Great
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays
  • Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
