Supporting Military Operations through Effective IPS/ILS Engineering Leadership

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and executing IPS/ILS engineering activities, ensuring they meet business objectives. He or she should possess leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members.
Responsibilities include overseeing and directing IPS/ILS activities, providing guidance and development opportunities to team members, collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders, investigating and resolving IPS/ILS engineering problems and risks, and developing strategies for their resolution.
Key qualifications include extensive IPS/ILS, logistic engineering, or supportability engineering technical experience, expertise in Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) Analysis, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA). Additionally, he or she must be proficient in customer and subcontractor management, systems engineering, problem-solving skills, and self-motivation.
