Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic project leadership and execution
  • Development of relationships with industry partners and international entities
  • Guidance of project teams to align with business objectives
  • Establishment of collaborative cultures among stakeholders
  • Build trust with customers through effective communication
  • Project team leadership for timely activity, resource optimization, and requirement fulfillment
  • Documentation of project requirements and objectives in business cases and project briefs
  • Identification of key success indicators (KSI's) and trade-offs between scope, quality, time, and cost
  • Delivery of products and services that meet customer expectations
  • Risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Team direction, motivation, and development
About You
  • Proven experience in Project Management
  • Able to problem solve and work autonomously
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate strategy and link to objectives
  • Effective negotiation and stakeholder influence skills
  • Innovative thinking and strategic planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders to deliver outcomes
  • Eligibility for defence security clearance and ITAR regulations
