Job Summary

We seek a seasoned IPS/ILS Supportability Engineering Team Lead to join our maritime sustainment business.

This key role will be offered on a permanent full-time basis and located at Garden Island, Sydney.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your IPS/ILS supportability engineering expertise and leadership skills.

About You
  • Extensive experience in IPS/ILS, logistics engineering, or supportability engineering technical fields is required.
  • Demonstrated experience with Logistics Support Analysis (LSA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) Analysis, Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), and Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) is essential.
  • People leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage an ILS engineering team and provide effective leadership, direction, and motivation to the team is necessary.
Main Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and execute delivery of IPS/ILS supportability engineering activities.
  • Provide leadership to small IPS/ILS supportability engineering team, coach, and develop personnel ensuring services provided meet business objectives.
  • Act as point of contact and provide IPS/ILS supportability engineering advice to customer and other key internal and external stakeholders.
