Senior Supportability Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Supportability Engineer to lead our supportability engineering team. As a critical member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing the delivery of supportability engineering activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for delivering supportability engineering services that meet business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior engineers, coaching and developing their skills to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the development of supportability engineering activities, providing direction and support as needed.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, providing expert advice and support on supportability engineering matters.
  • Identify and investigate complex supportability engineering problems and risks, developing strategic plans for resolution.
  • Represent the design acceptance representative for supportability engineering activities, ensuring seamless integration with other teams.
  • Foster a culture of best practice, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the supportability engineering team.

  • Proven experience in supportability engineering, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop junior engineers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, with a strong understanding of design principles and processes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a strong focus on delivering results.
