Project Leadership Opportunity

  • The role will effectively engage stakeholders, including the project team and external partners, to achieve customer and business outcomes for high-complexity projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of predominantly complex projects.
  • Execute strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with industry partners and international entities.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative culture between project stakeholders and the team.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers through effective communication.
  • Lead the project team to ensure timely activity, integration, and efficient use of resources to meet requirements.
  • Document and pursue all project requirements and objectives in a business case or project brief.
  • Establish key success indicators (KSI's) and recommend trade-offs between scope, quality, time, and cost.
  • Ensure products and services delivered meet product safety standards and provide customer satisfaction.
  • Develop a risk management culture to mitigate known risks and communicate risk positions externally.
  • Provide direction and motivation to the broader project team.
  • Identify and address training needs for the project team.
  • Complete closure activities upon project completion, including lessons learned.
  • Provide mentoring to developing project managers.
