About the Role

Developing and executing a comprehensive public policy engagement strategy is critical to driving business growth and building strong relationships with policymakers.

This role involves working closely with senior leaders to support the development of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the market. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in government, legal, and/or policy, with expertise in industrial relations or financial services being highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and owning an engagement strategy for public policy issues
  • Collaborating with business leaders to drive new product innovations and enhance the company's brand and profile among policymakers
  • Representing the organization externally through public speaking engagements and interactions with politicians

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, and possess excellent advocacy, campaign, and leadership skills.
