Product Portfolio Manager

Job Opportunity
The product support role is a critical component of our organization's success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the product portfolio, collaborating with the product manager, and working closely with the reservations team to develop tailored products aligned with our core pillars.
Key responsibilities include:
- Timely handling of unique requests from reservations to drive sales conversion
- Supporting the product load team with one-offs and ad-hoc tasks
- Collaborating with the product manager to deliver value-added and tactical offers for marketing and sales campaigns
- Maintaining product and pricing in Content One to support sales and marketing efforts
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers, adhering to SLAs
We're looking for someone with experience in retail, customer service, or the wholesale travel industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
